Ms. Karcher's 29 years of practice encompass a broad range of legal matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, and litigation in the areas of defense of personal injury and wrongful death cases, commercial disputes, and workers compensation. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science. Ms. Karcher received her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where she was granted membership into the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society and received the award for the “Best Securities Paper of 1991” which analyzed the 1991 Amendments to the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. Ms. Karcher offers focused services in premises, trucking, automobile, Dram Shop, commercial and construction cases.

Ms. Karcher is also licensed in the State of Florida where she has handled business, commercial, and probate litigation as well as contract formation and negotiation. She also has experience as an independent insurance adjuster which allows her insight into the insurance industry to further assist clients in coverage, claim analysis, liability, settlement and negotiation.
