Mr. Freiling's principal areas of practice are insurance litigation,
personal injury litigation, subrogation, Workers' Compensation,
and breach of contract litigation. He is board certified in Workers'
Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His
experience as an in-house trial attorney for an insurance company
gives him a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
