Ms. Menzies joined the firm as a shareholder in December
of 2014. Her primary practice area is in the legal defense
of carriers and employers in the area of Workers’ Compensation.
Ms. Menzies has the unique experience of handling claims
on both sides of the docket. She started her practice of
law in a Plaintiff’s firm, and has brought her knowledge
of that side of the bar to her work in the last 20 years
to the defense side. Her defense of insurance carriers has
given her the skills to handle benefit review conferences,
contested case hearings, and to participate in resolving
medical disputes through resolution and hearings before the
State Office of Administrative Hearings.
