As a shareholder with the Firm, Mr. Fielder brings over
35 years of experience in a broad range of litigation matters,
primarily in the areas of construction, insurance coverage,
employment, personal injury, and consumer defense. He has
extensive trial experience,
trying
over two
hundred civil jury trials in state and federal courts. He
has also appeared in over 25 arbitration hearings, and is
also certified as a mediator. Mr. Fielder has handled numerous
appeals, including arguments before,
and opinions from, the Supreme Court of Texas, 5th Circuit
Court of Appeals, and the Courts of Appeals of Dallas, Ft.
Worth, Waco, Texarkana, Austin, El Paso, and Beaumont. He
has been recognized as a Texas “Super Lawyer” in
Construction Law for 2011 through the present year,
as well as a “Best
Attorney in Dallas” in Construction Law for 2013 through
the present year.
